Ik ben een nachtelijk roofdier en eet voornamelijk kleine schaaldieren en wormen.

Ik ben afkomstig uit het oosten van de Atlantische Oceaan en uit de Middellandse Zee. Je kan me op allerlei dieptes vinden, van 20 tot 800 meter diep.
